The newly established Lincoln Institute for Health (LIH) was developed to bring together 10 different research groups within the University to create a “cell to community” based approach to research allowing scientific research to be brought forward for use in a clinical setting.

This setup has also allowed for unique opportunities with internal collaboration across a wide variety of research departments providing different outputs for research projects.
